Bloor Homes is preparing a full planning application for 48 new homes, including 17 affordable homes, on land South of Quarry Batch, Street.
This site sits in the Parish of Walton and forms part of a wider area earmarked for growth on the western edge of Street. The wider allocation is identified in the Mendip Local Plan and is planned to deliver over 400 homes alongside infrastructure such as a primary school, open space and improved walking and cycling links.
